  • Schopný správce, který nás ubytoval. přestože jsem v sobotu v 10 hod. dostali zprávu, že rezervace byla zrušena kvůli technickým problémům (nebyla pravda). Nešla televize, vybavení apartmánu v penzionu nic moc.

  • Jednání majitelů, kteří v den, kdy jsme měli přijet poslali sms, že ruší náši rezervaci a omlouvali to technickými problémy v penzionu Pravým důvodem byla chyba v jejich zápise o rezervacích, kdy k našemu emailu si přiřadili jiného zákazníka, který ubytování objednal přes booking com. Byli jsme na penzionu dříve, tak jsme se ubytovali dříve. Majitelka nám při telefonickém rozhovoru slíbila poslat kontakty na náhradní ubytování, ale nic neposlala a potom už nezvedala telefon. Tento přístup považujeme na nesolidní, i když my jsme mohli na penzionu přespat.

  • Jedno z místních piv přímo na čepu v objektu. Místní nebo krajová piva jen na jednom místš v Litomyšli poblíž Zámku. Tak vítám o to víc hned na ubytování mít tuto možnost.

  • 500 k restauraci kde si přečtu otevřeme v 18h.?

  • Byly jsme spokojené, rodinná atmosféra. Požadovaly jsme 4-lůžkový apartmán, jelikož nebyl volný, dostaly jsme jeden 2lůžkový pokoj a jeden 2lůžkový apartmán a byla nám nabídnuta sleva.
